Kathy Alliou has been head of the Œuvres des Beaux-Arts de Paris department (collection, exhibitions, outreach) since 2013. Together with her team, she coordinates, designs and contributes to the exhibition programme and the promotion of the institution's Musée de France collection. With the help of artists, she strives to think, write and invent dialogues with the works of today and those of yesterday.

Her artistic projects range from curating exhibitions to research residencies and projects based on the spoken word, the performative potential of the body, and the transmission and circulation of thought: international colloquia, seminars, conferences and performance programmes. Her texts are regularly published.
