Ying-Hsueh Chen is a visionary percussionist known for her interpretations of Xenakis and her own compositions. She has received numerous awards and scholarships such as “The Young Elite” from the Danish State Art Fund and “The Music Prize” from the Danish Composers Association. She has performed as a soloist with the Danish Radio Vocal Ensemble, the Theater of Voices, Efterklang and the National Taiwan Symphony Orchestra.
